We invite you to read these General Conditions of Sale carefully before using the services of Gazeboo.it. By making any purchase on Gazeboo.it you fully accept these General Conditions of Sale.

Purchase procedure

By clicking on the product you will be taken to the relative product sheet where you can view some details of the article such as for example the composition, measures or other data. By setting the desired quantity and clicking on the Add to cart button, you will add the product to a virtual shopping cart which will be immediately displayed to you.

You can proceed to make other purchases by clicking on Continue shopping or directly selecting a category of your interest from the menu bar.

If you want to view a summary of the goods you are purchasing, simply select the item Your cart, located at the top right of the screen, where you will be able to check and modify your choice.

To complete the purchase you will need to click on Buy now in the cart. At this point, already registered customers will be able to complete the order and access, through their account, the data necessary to conclude the order in progress. New customers will need to register and create their own account.

Proceeding with the purchase procedure, in addition to a preview of the order complete with prices, you will be shown the choice of shipping addresses, delivery costs and available payment methods.

To complete the order, thus sending a binding offer, simply click on Buy at the end of the procedure.

At this point your order will be forwarded to our systems and will be considered as your contractual purchase proposal addressed to Tenso Coverings di Punzi Andrea for the products listed.

Conclusion of the contract

Upon receipt of your order, we will automatically send you an order acknowledgment email (Order Confirmation Email) which, however, does not constitute acceptance of your purchase proposal. In fact, by sending the Order Confirmation E-mail, we only confirm that you have received the order and that it has undergone a data verification process and the availability of the products you requested. The sales contract with Tenso Coverings di Punzi Andrea will only be concluded when we send you a separate e-mail accepting your purchase proposal which will also contain information relating to the shipment of the product (Shipping Confirmation E-mail).

You agree to receive invoices electronically. These documents will be available in PDF format in the My Account section of the site. The issue of the electronic invoice relating to an order will be communicated to you by e-mail following the shipment confirmation.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the order placed, without having to provide any reason, within 14 days from the day you received the ordered product or from the conclusion of the contract. For the ways in which to exercise the right of withdrawal, visit the page dedicated to the subject.

Product availability and prices

Information on the availability of the products we sell is listed on the site, as well as on each product page. In addition to the information provided on this page, or more generally on the site, we are unable to give more precise information regarding the availability of the products.

Despite all our efforts, we cannot exclude that for a small part of the thousands of products in our catalog an incorrect availability or a different price from the actual one is indicated by mistake. In any case, we will check the correctness of the information during the order verification process and, in the event of any inconsistencies, you will be immediately contacted by our Customer Support to promptly resolve the problem.

Please consider that the estimated delivery times of the products are purely indicative and cannot be fully relied upon. Once we have received your order, we will notify you if any of the products you have ordered are not available.

Shipping and delivery

We work constantly for continuous improvement and to guarantee an effective and efficient service to each customer; it is for this reason that our logistics normally carries out your order on the working day following receipt.

For delivery we use express couriers that guarantee delivery within 24/48 hours depending on your area or specialized couriers if your purchase contains particularly delicate and fragile items to be handled with extreme care. This particular transport service provides for a small extension in delivery times which could vary up to 3/5 working days.

Deliveries are made on the ground floor, any deliveries to the floor are not included in the service.

Gazeboo.it ships only on Italian territory, any shipments abroad will be subject to a separate estimate and must be agreed with customer support.

We remind you that shipping costs may also vary according to the size of the item, which the courier will deliver at street level and, in the case of cash on delivery, will only collect cash.

If the characteristics of the order meet the requirements, the Free Shipping is applied to the entire national territory, with the exception of the islands to which a supplement of €22.80 will be applied.

All orders are processed within the warehouse stock limit; if not all products are available, Gazeboo.it will promptly contact you to agree, with your consent, on the most suitable solution.

In the event that Gazeboo.it, due to supply problems not attributable to us, should not be able to ship the ordered product, it reserves the right to terminate the contract. In this case, Gazeboo.it customer support will promptly inform you by offering you a product with similar characteristics or, if you are not to your liking, to issue a refund for all the services already paid by you.

We remind you that if the goods sent should have been damaged during transport (crushed packaging, raised belt, etc ...) you are required to put the wording "Withdrawal subject to control" on the courier's accompanying documents also indicating the anomaly found and inform our Customer Support. In this way, Gazeboo.it will have the opportunity to present a claim against the carrier or take advantage of the damage insurance.

Payment methods

Payments on Alpizoo.com can be made by Paypal, credit and prepaid cards, advance bank transfer and cash on delivery.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, we inform you that you have only 2 working days to make the transfer, after this period your goods will be released and we will cancel your order. This mode may require up to 4/5 working days for processing; we advise you to send us the accountant of the bank transfer in advance via email or fax, even if this type of documentation may not be sufficient for the immediate dispatch of the shipment.

In the case of payment on delivery (where applicable) you will be charged an increase for the COD fee of Euro 5.16.

Warranties

The provisions established by law regarding the application of the legal guarantee and commercial guarantee apply.

The warranty regime on products sold on Gazeboo.it differs according to whether the purchaser is a "consumer" or a "professional" pursuant to Directive 1999/44/EC concerning "certain aspects of sales contracts and guarantees concerning goods of consumption".

If you buy as a "consumer", you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity to which the seller is required by law on each good sold.

Pursuant to the law, in the event of applicability of the Legal Guarantee, you will have the right to restore the conformity of the goods without charge by repair or replacement, or, if this is not possible, to a reduction in the purchase price or termination of the contract. Gazeboo.it therefore responds to any lack of conformity if they occur within two years from the date of delivery of the goods. You will still have the burden of informing us through our Customer Support by reporting the lack of conformity, upon its discovery.

In the case of purchases for business or professional activities, however, you will still be entitled to take advantage of the commercial guarantee offered directly by the manufacturers.

Retention of title

We inform you that the goods remain the property of Tenso Coverings di Punzi Andrea until payment is received and therefore it is not possible to pledge, transfer as security, transform or manipulate the goods before the transfer of ownership without the express authorization of Tenso Coverings di Punzi Andrew

Contract termination and express termination clause

Tenso Coverings di Punzi Andrea has the right to terminate the stipulated contract by simply communicating it together with adequate and justified reasons; in this case you will only be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid. The obligations assumed by you indicated in the general conditions of use and the guarantee of the successful completion of the payment, are of an essential nature so that, by express agreement, your eventual default will determine the legal termination of the contract pursuant to art. 1456 of the civil code, without the need for a judicial ruling, without prejudice to the right of the company Tenso Coverings di Punzi Andrea to take legal action for compensation for further damages.

minors

We do not sell products to minors. If you are under 18, you can use Gazeboo.it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions of Sale are regulated and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian law for any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of this contract.

For any dispute between the parties regarding this contract, the Court of jurisdiction relating to the domicile or residence of the customer, if located in Italy, will be competent on the basis of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
