The gazebo comes with:
- Gazebo support columns (round tube diam.mm.60X thickness mm.1.5)
- Perimeter rectangular section tubes (rectangular tube mm.80X40xspess. Mm.1.5)
- Purlins (round tube diam.mm.60X thickness mm.1.5)
- Connection joints (corner, feet, ridge)
- Tir straps (pvc for locking the fabric to the frame)
- Ratchets (where necessary)
- Ground anchors
- Assembly bolts and self-drilling
- Cover sheet in fireproof cl.2 pvc fabric
- Cloth tensioning kit (base + adjustable butterfly and steel support for cloth tightening)
The materials supplied can vary in size and quantity depending on the customer's requests.
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE GAZEBO MONTHLY OR LOWER CADENCE
• CHECK THE STABILITY OF THE STRUCTURE AND THE MAINTENANCE AND EFFECTIVENESS OF ANCHORING TO THE GROUND.
The inspection of the structures, the sheet and the anchors must be carried out at least once a month and also after any atmospheric phenomenon characterized by particularly disturbed weather conditions, strong wind, intense or persistent rains, snow, etc. The metal parts , the joints and the canvas must be visually inspected to promptly report any abrasions, oxidations or tears; in this case the structure will have to be temporarily removed and the deteriorated parts will have to be adequately repaired or replaced.
• CHECK THE TENSIONING OF THE CANVAS (The tensioning of the fabric must be constantly checked in order to maintain stability).
If insufficient, turn the butterfly and bring the cloth back to optimum tension.
• MAKE SURE THAT THE CROSS RODS, SUPPLIED IN THE KIT, ARE FITTED IN FRONT OF THE SIDE WALLS
(if the side sheets are inserted, to contain the sail effect due to the wind)
WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Any tampering with components not authorized in writing by the manufacturer will invalidate the responsibility of the manufacturer and seller.
In case of deformation or damage, replace the damaged parts with products from the same manufacturer and distributor Tensocoverings.
CLOSING ONLY ONE WALL OR ONLY TWO WALLS IS EXCLUDED.
The assembly of the structure must always take place in conditions of symmetry to ensure balance and the configuration, dimensions and measures provided for in the project documents (technical data sheet) must be respected.
Assembly, even after the first one, must be carried out in favorable weather conditions and scrupulously observing the instructions in the instruction manual; for special unforeseen situations, refer to the technical staff of Tensocoverings.
ELIMINATE ACCUMULATION OF SNOW FROM THE ROOF
The action of the snow load is excluded and therefore the snow must be removed mechanically to prevent the formation of pockets of snow or water.
The columns must be anchored to the ground through suitable anchors for fixing to the foot and the connections must prevent lifting and translation;
if the flooring is unsuitable for anchoring with dowels, special foundations must be made.
CERTIFICATIONS OF CONFORMITY, WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS
All the materials that make up the gazebo comply with current regulations. The gazebo is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects and is accompanied by static certification of wind resistance, in relation to the wind area in which it can be used (see calculation report) The guarantee extends to the replacement of parts judged to be defective and has a duration of 2 years.
The warranty also lapses in the event of incorrect installation, tampering, incorrect use of the elements, lack of maintenance and verification of integrity. Tensocoverings is not liable for damage attributable to extraordinary events (atmospheric, geological, etc.) and to force majeure.
